Our Story
Altius Group emerged in 2018 from conversations among professionals who had spent years advising startups, growth-stage companies, and established enterprises across Southeast Asia. We recognized a pattern: many organizations were receiving generic frameworks and templated solutions when what they actually needed was someone willing to understand their specific context and constraints.
Rather than building a large consulting firm focused on standardized methodologies, we chose to remain deliberately focused. Our practice centers on strategic advisory work where deep engagement and contextual understanding create more value than scalable processes. We work with a limited number of clients at any given time, ensuring each engagement receives appropriate attention and care.
Based in Bangkok, we serve organizations throughout Thailand and neighboring markets.
